- How fast will I hear back?
- Within one business day for project enquiries. If we need more information to scope, we ask three or four targeted questions in the first reply.
- What should I include in the brief?
- The problem you're solving and how you'd know it worked, your timeline, any team or tech-stack constraints, and any compliance requirements (SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO, GDPR, PCI). One paragraph each is plenty.
- Do you sign NDAs?
- Yes. Send yours with the brief or we can provide a mutual NDA template. We don't need detailed product secrets to scope an initial engagement, but we can sign before deeper conversation if preferred.
- What does the proposal look like?
- A short engagement outline naming scope, milestones, deliverables, team shape, timeline, and price model — usually two to four pages. If a discovery sprint is needed first, we propose that as a small fixed-fee phase.
